So, to the first question (she specified asking Domino later), Domino doesn't actually know. He joined the team AFTER Dallas, so he just knows snippets that other people have told him. So, he knows a little, but he doesn't know the whole story.

To the second, Hades isn't really a human person. He might have enjoyed it once, but he isn't exactly on the sane side any more so he'd probably feel like he was too good to spend time with Bolt. And, yes, that's Hades. That's what he looked like when he was a Reaper. Though, I have a feeling him meeting Bolt would be entertaining...
